Hotel/where you are staying
° official hotel confirmation (with signature and stamp of the hotel management/or place where you are staying)
° First and last name of all travelers (yourself included) have to be mentioned.

Family/friends visit:
Invitation written by a family member/friend. This letter must contain:
° First and last name of all travellers (including yourself)
° First and last name of the inviting family member/friend
° Residency address + telephone number during your stay in Ghana.
° Period of your stay.

In addition for a family/friends visit, add a copy of the Ghanaian ID card or the residency card of the person who signed the invitation.

° You will have to complete an extra file with the application form and this document does NOT have to be applied for at City Hall.
