- no scanned or self printed pictures
- frontal picture of face and shoulders
- without tinted glasses

Employers declaration


Letter by your employer:
- addressed to the embassy of consulate of Belgium
- with signature and stamp of company/school

Clearly stating :
- description of the motif of the travel
- type of visa you want to apply for (single - double -multiple)
- duration of your trip
- information of yourself and your co-travellers (name and first nam, passport number, date of birth)
- job description within the company
- places to visit during your trip
- who is responsible for you and your fellow travellers and could provide financial help

Proof of residence


Additionally, a proof of residence is required for persons with Duch and Luxembourg nationality.
